At Fia Behavior Co., every family and every school district works directly with me, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
I bring my expertise directly to the people who are already with a child every day, helping build real skills, like clear communication, emotional regulation, and independence, that carry forward long after our time together.
Parent & Family Coaching
Direct, one-on-one coaching from a BCBA. Hands-on, parent-centered guidance in English or Spanish, in person in Brownsville or virtually, tailored to your family’s needs. Sessions are with the parent or caregiver — your child doesn’t need to be present.
- Single Consultation — 1 session, 60 min$175–$200
- Signature 6-Week Coaching Package — 6 sessions, 60 min each$1,000
- Monthly Continuation Support — 2 sessions/month + support, offered after the 6-week package$350–$500/mo
- Premium Intensive Package — 8 sessions + extras$1,800–$2,500
Monthly Parent Cohort Workshop
A relaxed group session covering one behavior topic at a time, open to any family in the Valley who wants to learn and connect.

School District Consulting
FBA and BIP development, staff and paraprofessional training, IEP consultation, and program audits, delivered directly by a BCBA.
- Project or day rate$1,500–$2,000/day
- FBA — flat project rate$1,500–$2,000
- BIP — flat project rate$1,200–$1,800
Add-on services
- IEP meeting attendance and advocacy — Includes record review, prep, and attendance$350–$500 per meeting
- Home or school observation$250 per session
- Teacher consultation call$125 per call
