At Fia Behavior Co., every family and every school district works directly with me, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I coach the adults already with a child every day, parents, nannies, grandparents, teachers, giving you the confidence and strategies to build clearer communication, steadier emotional regulation, and greater independence for your child, in ways that last.
Parent & Family Coaching
One-on-one coaching from a BCBA, in English or Spanish, in person in Brownsville or virtually, tailored to your family. Sessions are typically with the parent or caregiver, with direct work with your child included when it fits your family's needs.
Monthly Parent Cohort Workshop
A relaxed group session covering one behavior topic at a time, open to any family in the Valley who wants to learn and connect.
School District Consulting
FBA and BIP development, staff and paraprofessional training, IEP consultation, and program audits, delivered directly by a BCBA.
